Yay! We did it! Every student should have a violin with rosin and chin rest or sponge. They should have also come home with a fill in the blank work sheet to help them identify the different parts of the violin. If they did not, please do not worry. You can download this worksheet off the resource page along with the answer key.
Please attach a sticker or key chain to the violin case so that your child can recognize which violins are theirs. Next week we will go over the different parts of the violin and how to take care of you violin.
Practice This Week:
The resource page has many videos to watch that can familiarize you with the new instrument. Please have a look and I will see you all next Thursday!
Your violin instructors include: Mr. John Gilliat & Mrs. Lynn Gilliat
Thanks,
Tom
